Mode

• Access point — the mode of providing access for wireless clients to a wired network
• Client — the mode in which the router connects to other wireless networks as a client
• Repeater — combined access point and client mode to expand the existing wireless network to which the connection will be made

Standard

Allows to select the wireless interface mode in accordance with the Wi-Fi 802.11 series of standards

Channel Width

The bandwidth of the channel the wireless access point operates on

Enable Automatic Channel Selection

Allows to enable automatic detection of the least loaded channel in the wireless environment

Automatic Channel Selection Mode

The drop-down list with the ability to select the automatic channel detection mode:

• Full — includes all the available channels;
• Compatible Channels — includes the channels that are compatible with most wireless devices;
• Manual — the ability to select the channel to be included is provided to the user

The list of channels allowed to be selected for automatic detection

SSID

The input field for the name of the wireless network used to connect to the device

Encrypt

• WEP (Wired Equivalent Privacy) — security mode that supports traffic encryption algorithm using a static key;
• WPA (Wi-Fi Protected Access) — security mode supporting advanced traffic encryption algorithm using AES standards;
• WPA2 — security mode supporting WPA version with AES and CCMP encryption standards implemented;
• WPA + WPA2 Mixed — security mode that supports the use of an encryption algorithm depending on that supported by the device connected to the router.

EasyMesh Mode

Selecting the EasyMesh mode:

• Controller — a root EasyMesh device to which EasyMesh agents can be connected to expand the Wi-Fi network;
• Agent — an EasyMesh device that expands the existing Wi-Fi network when connected to a controller;
• Disabled — turns off EasyMesh on the device

The wireless interface the EasyMesh agents will connect to

Performs the function of the WPS button on the device case; the client is connected automatically after pressing this button; after pressing the button, the WPS function is active for two minutes
