The selected channel is a DFS (Dynamic Frequency Selection) channel. Before transmitting, Gargoyle must first scan for 60 seconds for signals from radar installations occupying this frequency. If any are detected, Gargoyle may choose to transmit on a different channel to the one you have selected, or may not transmit at all depending on your particular device. Gargoyle will continue to monitor for radar pulses during operation and may switch channels or stop transmitting at any time.
