If it is not possible to dial a call over the Internet, the telephone connection is alternatively established using the fixed-line network.
Note: You are then charged for your fixed-line connection.
This option may be necessary if the Internet router does not forward incoming Internet calls to FRITZ!Box. FRITZ!Box keeps port forwarding of the Internet router enabled for Internet telephony.

An ENUM request will be performed before the number is dialed. The Internet number listed in the domain will then be used to dial the number.
This function prohibits the transmission of data during pauses in speech. Enable this function to reduce data streaming during Internet telephone calls.
