The MAC address of the range extender.

Router MAC address

The MAC address of the router to which the range extender is connected.

Network Name (SSID)

The name of the wireless network to be extended.

Mode

The mode of the wireless network to be extended, e.g. 802.11n or 802.11ac.

Radio Band

The radio band - 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz - of the wireless network to be extended. The 2.4 GHz band typically has a wider coverage area, but slower speeds than the 5 GHz band. Older devices connect only to the 2.4 GHz band. Newer devices can connect to the 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz band.

Channel Width

The radio channel width used by wireless network to be extended.

Channel

The channel used by the wireless network to be extended.

Wi-Fi Protected Setup

Indicates whether WPS is on or off.

Security

The wireless security method used by the wireless network to be extended.

Signal Strength

The strength of the signals between the range extender and the upstream router.

Signal Quality

Signal quality measures signal-to-noise ratio and error rate between the range extender and the upstream router.

Status

Indicates whether the range extender is connected to the upstream router.

Uplink uptime

Displays how long the range extender has been connected to the upstream router. (Measured in seconds.)

Packet count

The total number of packets for this wireless band - transmitted, received, dropped and errors.

Sent (TX)

The number of packets transmitted on this wireless band from the range extender to the upstream router and wireless devices.

Dropped

The number of packets dropped in transmission on this wireless band from the range extender to the upstream router and wireless devices.

Received (RX)

The number of packets received on this wireless band by the range extender from the upstream router and wireless devices.

Errors

The number of packet errors in all wireless transmissions involving the range extender.

Wireless Clients Table

Identifies wireless client devices connected to one of the range extender's bands. Information includes the device's MAC address and IP address, the strength of the signal between the wireless devices and the range extender, and which band the range extender is using to send data from the wireless client devices to the upstream router.
